"I recently had someone run out Infront of me and my front bumper was slightly damaged and the frame was shifted a little. Nothing else or major was done to my vehicle. I got the estimate and it was over 10,000. Over 5,000 was just labor cost. So it cost more for them to physically repair it. It's robbery. I have had other professionals even say that it's insanely overpriced. I made the mistake of using a repair shop that the at fault drivers insurance company (state farm )was in contract with and now I know why!!! Go to BOBS bc this place might do good work, but only if ur not having to pay for it or if they think their time is worth fixing it! When they told me they were really busy, I should have used someone else instead. Lesson learned. I bet have their reviews are false as well."

The office staff was extremely supportive & knowledgeable on each process of the repair as well as the technicians. We’ll be customers forever! I just hope it’s a while before we visit again!!
