"This is the second time in 3 months that I've had service done at this location in Groves. Each time the guys up front are professional and personable. I've decided to move all my auto needs and business over to this location. This is due to being able to book online appointments and the quality of work."
"Had an appointment at 9 am. Waited till 12.30 and my car was still not taken in. Walked away. Terrible experience. It's not that they were busy. Kept telling the technician has gone on the test drive. Who goes for a half hr test drive. There's something wrong with the Firestone locations in this area. During Thanksgiving my son has an appointment for alignment. When he went there he was told machine is broken. When he requested oil change the minimum cost was $89 as his car only took certain kind of oil {was told that}. I told him to go to Walmart and get the oil changed. Many of my friends have the same terrible experiences. Not just bad terrible. Hope someone at Firestone notices this and tries to make improvements."

"Nice guys, quick and great price. They have a nice roomy waiting area to set in with bathrooms. While waiting we decided to take a walk across the street to get ice cream. On the way we got to see the biggest,prettiest undamaged pinecones. We took a few home to decorate. After getting there to the ice cream place my phone rang and it was the employee at Firestone telling me my vehicle was ready to go."
"Knowledgeable friendly staff, walk ins taken within minutes. Recommend for: people who want their car work guaranteed I stopped at this location in July when my AC went out (I called the location before coming). The staff was friendly on the phone and in person, they were competent and took my car back right away to begin working on it. They have a waiting area with free coffee, water, and phone chargers bathroom was decently clean. I did not use it but they do have a key drop for vehicle after hours drop off."
