Domino's Pizza

"Went to the window order 3 larger pizzas was done in 20 minutes. Perfectly made to the way I wanted it. Very hot and fresh. Would definitely come back again."

"My kid bit into a slice of pizza that had a large piece of plastic baked into it which I took a picture of. I brought it back up there with my receipt only to be told that they couldn't refund me the money I paid for the pizza but they could remake it. No I don't want a remake since thats what was served to us the first time. The manager said no refunds and was very smug about the whole situation! Never again!"

"We have been ordering from this Domino's since they opened. The food and service has been average at best, but we have never said anything nor have we complained. It seems something is always wrong; if we order wings, the sauce is drizzled on top instead of coated like the picture (or like any real establishment makes wings,) if we order a BBQ Chicken pizza, the BBQ sauce is drizzled on the dough instead of spread evenly making the pizza very dry, they forget the onions, forget other ingredients forget parts of the orders, but we have always dealt with it and never complained. This is the only delivery restaurant in Mauriceville, so we just deal with it and made the most of it in appreciation of the convenience of not having to drive to eat in or pick up take-out. That all changed today. I simply called in to check on my order and the manager Stephanie was very rude and unprofessional telling me they haven't started my order b/c it is a timed order, so they will not prepare it until it is time to do so. I don't even know what a timed order is. I asked her to cancel my order and she did. This is the final straw. I am now leaving a long overdue negative review, but more importantly we are done ordering from this Domino's. We have been very patient in the past and appreciative that we even have a restaurant that offers delivery, but no more. We will gladly forgo the delivery convenience. It is just no longer worth the money for the poor food quality and customer service."

"This is definitely the best dominoes we have ever eaten at. The staff is courteous and very professional. After a long day of work I have a hard time cooking. They have gone out of their way to perfect the orders that have been placed. I live between Vidor and Mauriceville and have my choice of places. I will go to Mauriceville Dominoes everytime. I can place an order and they will have it ready by the time I get there. If I have it delivered it is usually here within 30 minutes. The staff has a peaceful calm atmosphere. You don’t see chaos from employees and them acting out. The outside and inside of the business is well kept. It is refreshing to see the staff always working and maintaining the cleanliness of the business. I can’t appreciate the staff of this facility enough. They are all exceptional at their jobs. Dominos as a corporation should be proud of the way this staff has held up the standards at this facility. Thank you for listening and being aware of everything we needed and want as a customer. Y’all are awesome."

"Domino’s I prefer Papa John’s but Domino’s is all that delivers out here and I didn’t wanna drive all the way into Orange. I normally get regular hand tossed crust but tonight I tried the Pan Pizza. It was amazing! I placed our order for 5 medium pizzas (2 of which were Pan Pizza), an order of stuffed cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper at 8:00. It was delivered to my house in Quail Trails at 8:30! Also had the sweetest delivery driver named Emily! She was polite and even thanked me for her tip! (I always tip 20% or more). Pizza was HOT AND FRESH! My faith in Domino’s has definitely been restored!"
