"Where do l start most of them are rude they don’t care how long it takes for them to get your order l have been several times and each time it is almost identical with the exception of once l ordered through the mobile app a couple of times to avoid having to deal with the attitude of some of the employees l ordered wings today with a 3:45pm pick up and didn’t get my food until 4:37pm l watched them play or whatever they was doing only a couple of employees were actually trying to assist others after they finally asked me how could they help l told them l had a mobile order pick up for 3:35 they said its going to be another 9 minutes after already being their for more than 30 minutes waiting and when they finally gave me my order the young lady looked at me as though she was doing me a favor saying sorry about your long wait as it was sarcasm this place is awful bad customer service and on top of that the grease was burned with the flavor going into the skin of the wings l tried to call but no answer so they ended up in the trash and as if that wasn’t enough they were also rude to a couple of customers prior to my experience and you could even here them talking about the customer as if they could go some else or what do she think l can do absolutely horrible customer service and horrible place to dine my food ended up in the trash can it was that bad"

"The food was mid. Chicken was more moist, warm and well seasoned. The rice was horrible.The mashed potatoes were watery. Service has gotten better. Last but not least, the store sitting area was messy."

"It’s not a bad place at all. It actually a nice place to go for dinner with a group of friends or family. They keep the place clean, which is a BIG plus in my book, the food is above par because they don’t have anything on their menu that I wouldn’t enjoy. Good location as well. The staff have always been helpful and sometimes, gone out of their way to help me out. ***Those are all the good things. *** Two things upset me on a regular basis here at Popeyes. One, the price is so expensive for a chain chicken corporation like Popeyes. Two::: They constantly run out of product to cook or sell. Other than those this place is very good"

"This place is very poorly managed, from poor food quality to outrageous wait time. We paid for 10pc classic and was shocked to open box later and see 8 very old wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. Apparently they boxed whatever was left over. It's unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, we didn't check the box before we left or I would have definitely said something but I trusted them to give me what I paid for, It will not happen again!"
