Domino's Pizza

"Ordered online, we live 25 mins away, so we the pick up time we were given was on point. However, we arrived to pick up our order, and had to wait an extra hour on top of the original 25 mins quoted. They seemed to be short staffed with wayyyy too many orders coming in."

"I have enjoyed eating at Dominos Pizza for years. This all changed last night, when I went to the Dominos in Minden Louisiana. I was excited to try a new menu item, and in great spirits. When I pulled into the drive thru line, there was one car ahead of me. There was an African American employee waiting in the window. I pulled up, he did not greet me or ask the name on the order. I told him my name, and he looked at me with disgust and turned around to retrieve my food. When he came back to the window he told me my total, and I handed him my money. He didn't say anything about my change, and closed the drive thru window. I assumed he was going to get my change, so I waited. He then turned around in the window and looked at me, as if he was confused that I had not drove off. He opened the window back up and said "Yes" and I said "The Change." He then proceeded to tell me that the window closes automatically. I told the employee that I didn't know that. He had gold teeth, and was a darker skinned male approximately 30-40 years of age. When he did bring me my change, he was holding his cellphone up to his face. I told him that he was very rude. He simply stated ok "Have a good night." This is terrible customer service. I enjoy the meal options, but if I'm going to be treated with disrespect, I would rather eat at home. I will not be going back to this location if this employee is working. He is not a good employee."

"I pulled through the drive through and waited… and waited… and waited. I waited for almost ten minutes. I had my windows down when my husband called me asking where I was and I’m sitting in the drive through waiting to be assisted greeted or anything. I tell him this as workers are passing by my car taking things to deliver. When they heard me talking about it they finally came to the window. Not that much of a big deal but still super rude. You saw me and knew I was there waiting."

"This place is horrible. Ordered 2 items with $5.99 coupon. My sandwich had little to no meat on it. And this is my pizza(see photo). The meat was added after the pizza was cooked!! I will never spend my money at the Dominos in Minden, La. again!!"
