"I ordered the burger - it was so beautiful. Not too big, not to small, cooked to perfection with all the goodies. The pattie was slightly bigger than the bun. The bun was fresh, cheese was meltey, onion gave a kick, fresh lettuce and tomatoe. I'm feeling all the feels for this place. I never eat the entire thing but this time I absolutely murdered that burger! I wish I had taken a pic. My lunch mate ordered the BLT, as usual, which I will definitely try on my next visit to your wonderful establishment. The weather was perfect for al fresco dining. The Broken Bean is killing it!"
"Cute little coffee shop with a purpose- the coffee shop is worked and ran by Adult and Teen challenge of Louisiana to help addict turn around their life and give them a hope for the future. The coffee is really good and they have good lunch options as well ! Easy to pop in and pop out. Highly recommended"
"The Broken Bean is a hidden treasure in Minden. The teenagers that work here are definitely what make this place awesome. I’ve picked up times before, but this was my first time stopping in to actually sit. I had questions about the weekly soups and various items and the young lady was so sweet in answering my questions and giving suggestions. Also, my meal was delightful! I had a grilled cheese & crawfish étouffée. I’ll definitely be back again to try different items on the menu!"
