"This was the first time I had an issue with Oreilly. Mind you we do a lot of business with them. But today Hanna was really rude and had a nasty attitude, when I asked her questions she would roll her eyes and make suggestions to drive to another store. Keep in mind I was already on the side of the road. This was the third I had the part from this store. Needless to say she is not very professional and should NOT OVER A CREW I wish I could give 0 stars"
"I needed a battery. Walmart ignored me, then refused to put the battery on because it looked too hard. Matthew at O'Reilly's put a new battery on my car in less than 10 minutes and did it with a smile! O'Reilly's will get all of my business from now on."
