"I like the regular menu items better than the new sandwiches. The bar-b-que sandwich was over done with sauce and the bacon sandwich was just too much and needed all the extra like lettuce and lettuce and onions."

"I'm giving them a one start in atmosphere because the awning in the drive-thru doesn't cover the car and it was pouring down. I stuck my umbrella outside the car window to help the drive-thru lady stay dry"

"The manager at Joaquin branch runs a great store and they go above and beyond for customers. Wish other fast foods places would take notes from them because they do business the way it's supposed to be done. Way better experience than MacDonald, Wendy's or anywhere else for that matter. Anytime I'm in the area it's Whataburger for me!"

"Absolutely the worst Whataburger around. The manager was the one who took my order. She informed me that there would be about a 6 minute wait since they had to cook fresh chicken. I said I was in no rush whatsoever and would prefer fresh food. After 26 minutes this is what they served me. Does anything about this look fresh to you. I was so upset I didn't even ask for a refund. Stay for away from this location. It has been bad for years but has rapidly declined in the recent months. I'm guessing that the subpar food and poor service is direct reflection of management. After all attitude always reflects leadership."
