"So I have used this company before with good results, but likely won't be doing so again. Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Ordered well before the deadline for delivery listed on their website (via a countdown clock by the way). Order was not delivered and no explanation was forthcoming. Called today, was placed on hold for about 20 minutes, only to be told flowers could be delivered tomorrow (16 February). Yeah, I want flowers with a card that says "Will you be my Valentine?" delivered two days late. No thanks. Issue a refund and next time don't advertise a service you can't provide. This is the one day of the year you have to get it right, and you didn't. Update in reply to owner's response: I understand mistakes happen, but you have to understand this is a big deal for some people. Valentine's Day is the one day you can least afford to make mistakes and when you do, when they are most costly. The proposed solution from the customer service rep (delivery 2 days late) made me think you all didn't just run out of time but also ran out of resources. If she had offered to have them delivered today I would have agreed and honestly probably wouldn't have left a review because it would have demonstrated an effort to make it right. Bet when the mistake is paired with the proposed solution and both miss the mark, it pushed me over the edge."

"Very lovely spray on relatively short notice. Incorporated the requested flower colors and type. Delivered on time to the cemetery chapel. Thank you for helping to make the service special."

"I was trying to send surprise flowers to a family member and unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery the first two times they tried to deliver. I was a little leery about trying a third time but the owner reached out and said he wanted to make it right and asked if they could try one more time. The third time was a charm and the flowers were really spectacular! Spectacular flowers, and fantastic service when things went slightly awry (these things happen)! 10/10 would recommend and use again!"

"Nothing but professionals. I've used them a few times to deliver flowers to Bainbridge Island. Williams is the only place that calls you and confirms everything. For a lot of us that is very reassuring. They also sent me a picture of the bouquet I ordered. I think there has been one snag once and it was that they were going to be a few minutes later than they thought. For that they added extra flowers to my bouquet! Their variety is the best and they are the only place that has the availability o same day delivery the same flowers as on their website.
