"Went in to ask about diagnosing a leaking hot tub. They told me that typically means it’s time for a new hot tub. Went to a true hot tub repair shop and it was a $200 fix. I wouldn’t trust the people that work here if you are going for repairs. They are there to sell hot tubs, not fix them."

I was having water balance and clarity issues in my spa and he was not only knowledgeable but also helpful and accommodating to my unique issue. I’ve bought 2 spas from Aquaquip and they are some of the best available. Also, the availability of quick water tests is a major bonus. Highly recommend this location."
