"They get the job done here, and fast. I have taken my chihuahua mixes here twice in 2024 for nail trims and I like that they do the work right there where I can encourage the reluctant hounds a bit. No-nonsense facility and always seems to have some pet being groomed when I have visited. The best part is that I have never seen these dogs get defensive toward the groomers, nor do they get handed back to me bleeding and covered in anal gland emissions, as was the case getting same work done at a local vet. I am completely happy to drive home and not need a bath for all involved parties. Nor try to figure out where the stank is still coming from in my vehicle after wiping it down multiple times."

"The staff at the doghouse did a great job with our anxious/timid doodle who usually hates getting groomed; they were patient and very sweet with him. They have talented groomers who pay attention to all of the tiny details that have often been overlooked at some of the larger/corporate groomers (in our experience). Great customer service also.
