"Pioneer installed a Carrier Infinity furnace in my house 2 years ago with the superior bid to the other contractors. It's been running great. Their customer service is awesome. Anytime I call with a question, they are friendly and quick to answer. This weekend, the tube attached to the water pump that goes to the outside of the house froze, which shuts down any furnace. I contacted Mike in the evening and he directed me what needed fixed but I wasn't able to accomplish it. He came here this morning and left me with a solution that I can use every winter when we get a storm like this. Great communication from him and his team. Grateful for their solid support."
