"Had these guys out to diagnose and fix a leaking kitchen sink. The tech spent about an hour to diagnose, but couldn't find the source of the leak apparently. Charged $460 for essentially nothing. Then my tenant, who is not a licensed plumber mind you, identified what it was later and called them back. It was the drain. Seems pretty straightforward to me. But they charged another $360 for the actual repair. Perhaps it was not leaking specifically when he was looking at it, but I find it kinda odd the tenant could identify the issue when they could not."
"Nathan Brunner with Roto Rooter came out to fix clogged drain. Upstairs bath tub was draining into kitchen sink. He had serviced this same issue about 6.5 months ago and gave me a 6 month warranty; although I was a bit past that 6 months he honored it anyway when he didn’t have to and also left me some enzymes for my sink.very nice gentleman with a kind heart! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Arrived in a timely manner and was very proficient. Answered any questions I had and was patient. I would 100% recommend Nathan with RR."

"I highly recommend Roto Rooter Seattle. When coming to my home they were fast to respond, courteous, professional, and efficient. I had a big systemic sewage back up two days before Thanksgiving, with sewage in both toilets, shower, and tub. What a mess and it was 3pm in the afternoon! Yikes! The team was at my house by 4:30 and all problems were cleared by early evening. Many thanks to Colin and his coworker and to Craig who handled the camera verification!
