HE HAD OUR HARD DRIVE OVER 3 YEARS, DID NOTHING TO FIX IT OR EVEN SAY I CAN'T FIX IT.HE COLLECTED A MONTHLY FEE AND DID NOT DELIVER SERVICES PAID FOR. He was given the opportunity to make it right and chose not to. Next step, see you in court. To all those I originally recommended Jacob Maxwell to, I AM TRULY SORRY!! I DO HAVE A NEW TECH SUPPORT COMPANY AND THEY CAN AND WILL FIXED WHAT JACOB, DID NOT. RUN DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM ABOVE AND BEYOND TECH SUPPORT AND JACOB MAXWELL."
