"Did a simple search for custom computer building, and this company popped up, chatted with the young man, who is very knowledgeable, polite, professional. My son talked with him about his gaming preferences, and was given a variable of options, economical versus high end performance and helped with best option available. Ordered Very quickly product description was emailed back with complete details, very quick on updates for parts, ordered that arrived and how long it would take for the PC to be built. After completion, which was very prompt, asked if we wanted to install software or he would install at no extra charge, and was very prompt about it. Entire process, including shipping and having to re-order a part that arrived not working at the technician comfort level still have the entire PC built and running at optimal proficiency in less than a week.
