"We had an 80% efficient 2-stage variable speed 80K Btu Trane furnace installed in December ‘23. Jerrold and Junior did a superb job with the installation and clean up. The thermostat began acting up and would not hold to the Monday and Sunday program schedule. After 3 weeks, we reported the problem to A-Action on a Tuesday morning and by Weds afternoon they installed a replacement. Seven weeks later the thermostat was again malfunctioning. Three days later they came out an installed a replacement. Great customer service!"
