"My partner contacted Mr. Troutman in early Aug. 2020 regarding making an objection in a bankruptcy case. Mr. Troutman promised to research the case and get back to him. He counted on Mr. Troutman to get back to him and help him and Mr. Troutman never once responded to his calls and messages to return his calls and because of this was forced to respond to this case without benefit of councel.
