"This is not a serious company. They schedule u a date and time fir delivery, and are then unable to deliver on date and time. Have to take multiple days off work. Spoke to “manager” Amber who appears lost and unable to accommodate customers. What a clown show. Why does pottery Barn use this company with 1 star reviews?"
"Flaming hot garbage, we have directed the company who shipped through them we will discontinue ALL business with them if they ever use Ryder again. 3 weeks and it has not left portland and I am only 70 miles away."
"They have had my package for over a month and said "We cant give any date or time as to when it will be delivered". I had to call 5 times to actually get someone to answer, just to get that conclusion. The worst part is it is a door-step delivery, the don't need to come in the home or even ring the door bell."
"Probably the very worst customer service and delivery service experience I've ever had in my life. They won't answer the phone so don't try. They'll also change your delivery to whatever day they feel like even if you aren't home and will not call you before they arrive like they say they will. Seriously what a stressful joke."
"ZERO STARS. This center (Portland) received my item on 8/31 and was scheduled to be delivered to my house ~20miles away 19 days later!! I've tried calling, no answer or wait for 30min on hold until I get disconnected. I cannot find a positive thing to say about Ryder. I would go pick it up personally, but cannot verify that humans work here. If timely delivery or customer service are even remotely important to you, do not use this provider."
