"Shannon and Brittany are absolutely the best trainers. I am not even finished with my first year that I am already ripping the benefits. I am toned, healthy, I limited my back pain, increased my endurance. Shannon targets and tailors what -i- want. Yes! He listens. Brittany is also awesome. She gave me a full on nutrition plan which helped me fuel my training sessions and expedite my results. I am a healthier me, I feel more confident which is exactly what I was looking for."
