"The Lady that works here is extremely rude hostile and unhelpful I went here to get a label emailed and printed and had no problem with the Man who helped me but 20 minutes later I realized I forgotten a package in my car so I came right back requesting the same service the lady told me "no im not gonna do that" (not that she can't do it but she won't!) So I asked to speak with the guy that helped me earlier and he did it for me with no problem! Idk who that woman is but she needs to be fired or retire because customer service is not for her!"
"Rude lady here. Since the door to their store does not close automatically, when I went inside, the door did not close by automatically and then the lady at the counter yelled at me to close the door. It was a bad experience and she shouldn't be treating customers with such an attitude. Besides it was not my fault, How do I know this door won't close automatically? and there wasn't any reminder sticker on the door. (Most store doors in the United States can close automatically) So all she has to do is step forward and close the door herself, instead of having a bad attitude towards the customer."
"Katie was on locking the door as I came to it. She saw my Hands full of packages and opened the door and locked behind us, making me her last customer. It was very kind of her. Kindness goes a long way. You never know when someone needs just a little that day. Thanks Katie!!!"
"Such friendly service and professional help every time I go into this location. The workers are caring, and I enjoy every time I go into this UPS location. I’m not sure their name, but the redheaded associate is above and beyond, in my opinion. Thank you for making shipping/receiving less painful than it already is. Ha!"
"I have been going to UPS on Glisan and and 181 for my printing and wanted to thank Katie and Liz since their customer services they offer is outstanding! I send the UPS my documents via email with the amount of copies I need and drive to the store and when I arrive The copies are done and ready for me.
