"Convenient spot to run down to and ship stuff. Very friendly staff and good at helping you find the best shipping option. I've always packaged my own shipments but they seem to have a good variety of supplies if needed. Also great for dropping off prelabelled Amazon returns. Only complaint might be that they're not open Saturdays."
"Every time I’ve come here it has been great. Today there was one slight but major exception - none of the people working here were wearing masks nor did more than half of their customers. What a disappointment. We wear masks to protect others and it seems to me that during a pandemic we need to be extra vigilant about being safe and smart. It isn’t a joke. The work that needed to be done was done, but I felt at risk and the. Knew I was going home where I might put others at risk. Is it worth having that on your conscience? I doubt it. JUST WEAR A MASK. Please."
"The Postal Annex has been our address for literally years. It's perfect; if the mail stacks up or packages come, we know they're safe. They do an excellent job. We use them for mailing all packages we send and find that to be a convenience I can't imagine living without now, especially as the holidays approach. The family that runs the place is like an extension of ours. Always a warm smile and more than happy to help. Often they go above and beyond the call. Totally recommend all their services and we've used pretty much all of them."
"I am a local mortgage broker and I utilize the PostalAnnex's services weekly. I have appreciated the service I receive every time I have walked in the door at this location and they have retained me as a customer for many years as a result. The pricing is competitive and I have never had any issues with using credit vs debit here, as was mentioned in someone else's review. Regardless of the size of the transaction, they always ask me which I prefer. I also like that they retain addresses in their system, which makes things much quicker and easier if you are a repeat customer, and I like that they always print out labels for you rather than making you write on the package, which is much more professional in my opinion. I would definitely recommend their services."
