"Kit with Shadytree Construction did extremely poor work. A stop work order was issued. Kit demanded more money to do the work to code. He does not intend to refund my money even though he did not buy the materials or provide labor to justify any costs. I am. pursuing legal action. Beware! I would never recommended he or Shadytree construction work on your project. Such a simple project with so many things wrong. Beware Kit is a Class C Contractor and is not legally allowed to perform work valued more than $10,000. Civil charges have been filed and criminal charges are next."
