"So thankful to Max and everyone who encouraged me along my new e-bike journey at Oregon E-Bikes! I was a 10+ year bike commuter who stopped riding after an ankle injury (and, well…LIFE) left me too out of shape to struggle up to the heights or much of anywhere from downtown on my regular road bike. I have missed riding SO MUCH and felt a lot of shame about not having the time or energy to exercise enough to ride daily again. "This is a great e-bike shop. I walked in and explained what I was looking for. They listened and showed me my Gazelle bike. They let me take it for a test drive, and I was sold! Very nice staff who are great at finding what you're looking for. Also, I lost my keys to my battery pack. I called, and they took care of it immediately!"
"I worked with Brenden and Amy to purchase the incredible machine and it does not disappoint. From the battery placement, components and the way this beast handles uphill challenges makes me never want to get off of it. Plus, the Bosch smart system makes it easy to apply updates and the motor runs so smoothly and is well built. My only problem with the pedal assist is it won't max you out on speed, I wish it would keep going, but that is it as far as issues go. I would also recommend the built ready to ride shipment method and be cognizant of when you tighten the handlebars. I forgot to tighten the side bolts and stripped the plastic piece in the middle thinking it wouldn't tighten. Oregon E-bikes is a great company and I've been recommending them to people who see my bike and ask to ride it, great company and fantastic customer service!"
