"I've shopped with The Athletic both online and now in person when I was in Portland recently. Not only do they have amazing socks, but a huge range of other goods from clothes, to bags, to books. I've only purchased their socks so far but am going on 10+ pairs. Their styles are unique and their quality continues to increase as the company matures. I also have large feet (size 15) so finding socks that fit is difficult. It's not a problem anymore though! The heel of their socks sits where it's supposed to (instead of being too small and ending at the bottom of my foot) and the length up my leg is perfect. Both Julie and Jeremy are also super personable and it's awesome to see the business they've built over the last few years. I was visiting from Denver and Julie recommended I check out Phil's Trail in Bend - it was one the best trails I've ridden in awhile. If you happen to stop by, ask about local rides and the best place to get a donut!"

"Awesome store with an absorbing mix of art/media/images to peruse and product to purchase. Jeremy and Julie and the rest of the folks there are incredibly nice. If you bring them donuts you might get a nice surprise. Hang-out in the lounge area and enjoy the collection of zines. Check in often as they've always got something new coming out."
