"This medical facility provides the most efficient, caring service I have experienced in recent years.! An appointment was easily made within a week. During this first appointment, Dr Chaves explained the results of my tests clearly and patiently answered all my questions. I left his office assured he would provide all the care I would need. The same day I received a call from the referral to make an appointment to have the next test. He had sent the paper work that same day without my needing to go through the usual phone hassles so common to get an appointment these days. Robin, who drew blood for testing, is beyond the best I've EVER experienced. I wasn't aware she had inserted the needle until she reached for another container for the blood."
