"I came to pick up prescriptions for my daughter who just had surgery and is about to be released from the hospital. I was told come back in about 10 mins it should be ready. 9 minutes later I came back to find the window coverings down the pharmacy is closed. No sign letting me know when it will reopen. 5 minutes later a pharmacist opened the window a crack to put out a sign that said it would reopen in 30 minutes. I came closer to read the sign and he rudely yelled out “ we reopen at 2” he shut the window and walked away. I am now standing out front for 30 minutes because they already have my prescription in there. Someone should have mentioned they closed when I gave them the paperwork."

"I was recently evacuated from my home in Colton, Oregon due to fire. I ended up in the Hood River area and needed to have prescriptions filled for both me and my granddaughter. The Safeway pharmacy there bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The pharmacist even stayed past closing to fill one prescription of antibiotics that were needed for my granddaughter. "I'm kind of in the middle with this store. Their prices are very high on most everything. I only shop there when I really have to other wise , I shop at Rouser's.. Most of the are nice , but some are quite rude."
