"I have been here 2 1/2 years now, I find that these guys do not care about there tenants once you get in here. You will go without major appliances if it breaks. My stove has broken twice and it takes several weeks to fix it and it took 5 minutes to fix. They will invade your home once a year to check and make sure you are not destroying your place. It took them about 6 months to repair my A/C last year during the summer, never fixed it until winter. The parking here is horrendous, good luck getting a parking place when they decide to fix things, they will tow your car if you don't abide to these standards. I am disappointed in the way we get treated here. I give it 2 stars because they do keep it fairly clean around here. Lots of black mold in these apartments as well, I have to clean this stuff constantly, tons of bugs and spiders, our apartment living room floor is so wrecked you can sprain your ankle on the broken floorboards if you are not careful. I could go on but i'm sure you get the jest of this place. From one very disappointed customer. Oh i'm sure they will answer this like they care as well, but that is only because of the bad grade you give, not that they care about you."

"If you have plans moving here, check and make sure under the refigerator, heater vents, and bathroom fan isn't dusty as mine was from previous tenant . Sauna rooms were out of order thanks to kids messing with the heating elements. Been for like a year and half now but now has been fixed and in working order as of 8/29. Gym windows locked and can't open them for fresh air as of last month (June 2023), both because of kids using the windows to get in and out. TV remotes often to missing aswell as no access to changing temperature to A/C anymore. You can thank the parents for letting them run around the clubhouse & complex unsupervised making a mess and screwing up the sauna room/window locks and pretty sure the fobs weren't working either because kids like to try to force open the doors but likely not the case since the office access were down also. Maintenence is top notch for attending to work orders very timidly, 4/5."

"I've lived on both sides in all 3 units from 1,2,and 3 bdrm apartments over the course of almost 12 years. Office staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Maintenance is typically on top of requests within a day or 2. They keep the grounds maintained, try to bring the community together for social child friendly events, and it's really one of the quietest places I've lived. I'm happy to call it home. I could live without the rental increases every year but that's not completely within their control. I highly recommend this complex."

"I have a very strong opinion about this place after living here for 1 year, and I think it's best I break it down into parts. Let's just say I won't be extending my lease. Parking: When I first moved in, I didn't really think about parking too much. However, as time went on, and I had to park across the street 75% of the time, the parking here quickly became one of the worst things about living here. You get one spot, with no option to purchase another one. The visitor parking is extremely limited on the lower side of the apartments, yet there are people who have been parked in the same spot for weeks, and there's even been a car with a cover on it that's been in visitor parking for the last month. They could easily make more visitor parking considering how many assigned spots are perpetually empty. They close off entire sections of parking without notice, and without any information about why they're blocked off, and for some reason you're not allowed to back in. A few months ago, the landscaping company dropped a lawnmower on my car. They ended up paying me for it, but the day before I went to get it fixed, somebody keyed my car very aggressively in the same spot (???). Noise: Living on the 1st floor, of course you'd expect noise, but let me tell you, it constantly sounds like there are elephants stampeding above me. It ocassionally sounds like my upstairs neighbors dropped an anvil, or tipped over a heavy bookcase. Good luck sleeping in on Tuesdays or Wednesdays if you work any shift besides day shift, because the landscapers start weedwacking and mowing the lawn at around 8am. That worked out great with my Tuesday night graveyard shifts, especially when our first upstairs neighbors moved out, and they started working on the apartment with extremely loud power tools at the crack of dawn without notice. It's a little hard to sleep when it sounds like there's something being drilled in above your head. Quality of Life: During our time here, basically everything has had an issue. The day we moved in, the closet doors fell off, and the part to put it back up was broken. I ended up just buying a sheet to put up instead. Then we began to notice our refrigerator leaking on the inside a few weeks later. We called maintenance, who "fixed it", but didn't actually fix it (I have no idea what they did). I ended up just sticking a cloth where it was leaking, which seemed to stop for the most part. Eventually, our dishwasher unhinged and now falls out whenever we put too much weight on the front. Our dryer takes 2 cycles to dry our clothes, which is very annoying, and since we pay for our own electricity, pretty expensive. There are small bugs all over the place, and I mean really tiny. Our toilet handle broke and we ended up having to super glue it back on, and for awhile we had an issue where the toilet wouldn't stop running, causing a puddle of water behind the toilet if it went I unnoticed. Just today as we were packing to move out (finally), we noticed black mold in the corner of our closet, which could've been caused by the improper water drainage outside, or maybe from the flood. The Flood: Everybody who lives in Oregon knows it can rain pretty hard sometimes. You would think a property management company would ensure the safety of their 1st floor apartments in the event of a flood. But I guess my expectations were too high. The first day it rained heavy after summer, the drain outside wasn't draining at all, causing water to flood into the house. We didn't notice until it had seeped into the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. This happened a 2nd time a few days later before they fixed it. It ruined our rug, some of our blankets, and took a lot of time and energy for us to clean it up. Overall: I would make my review longer, but I can't. You can experience all this for the low price of $1145 a month, not including utilities. $100 more than we were paying. The ammeneties have also been closed off without a rent reduction since February. Enjoy your stay."
