Aspen Highlands Apartments offers modern and spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in Gresham, Oregon. Each apartment is fully equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, private patio or deck with storage, covered parking, a heated community pool and spa, and a fitness center. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, Mt. Hood, and Portland International Airport, as well as easy access to Hwy 26 and the light-rail system. Aspen Highlands Apartments is a non-smoking community. Prices start at $1,450 for a one-bedroom, $1,600 for a two-bedroom with one bathroom, $1,750 for a two-bedroom with two bathrooms, and $2,075 for a three-bedroom with two bathrooms. Screening charge is $50 per adult, with a security deposit of at least half a month's rent. Pets are welcome with a maximum weight of 30 lbs at full maturity, with a pet rent of $35 per month per pet and a refundable pet deposit of $400 for up to two pets. Covered parking is included in rent, with the option to rent a garage for $165 per month. Garbage, water, and sewer are billed to residents, with cable and internet service available. The property is very well maintained and beautiful! The staff is very good at communicating about any maintenance going on on the grounds or inspections that need to be done. "I never thought I’d be so sad to leave an apartment complex. I have had the best experience at Aspen Highlands. Leilani at the front office has been such a pleasure to work with over my few years of being here. All of the staff in the office are friendly and helpful. The one time I needed maintenance to fix my washer they were there the next day taking care of it. The offices communication is quick and they give you more than enough times notice for inspections or outside repairs. I highly recommend living here. It feels very safe, neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are kept very clean."

"This is hands down the best apartment complex in the Gresham area. The leasing office ladies are so helpful and kind. They keep the complex pristine and truly care about their residents. The maintenance team is also friendly, fast, and efficient. If you put in a maintenance request, they usually complete it within 2-3 days, if not same day! I have lived at other complex's in the Portland/Gresham area and always find myself missing Aspen Highlands."
