"Rosewood commons is a wonderful place to live! The owner and manager are absolutely amazing! There nice, respectful, and caring! The neighbors are wonderful and the pace is kid friendly! I have NEVER seen a roach or any other rodent in or around my apartment! Everyone is so wonderful here! Truly blessed to live here!"

"Rosewood commons is a great place to live. The owners are kind and have been very on top of any problems we have brought up to them. I know there are some bad reviews on here but she is just a very upset former tenant not the owner. I know the owners personally. Any of the posts you see on here coming from the name rosewood commons are not from the owner but from a former tenant. Who was never given the permission to post on behalf of the property Ramesh Gorg is the true owner of this property."

"I will be leaving November 30 but not due to the complex. I have found real nice people here. My building is new so I've never dealt w bugs. Ramish and Ray have always been kind. My roommate is moving to one of the other units. So I'm taking pictures as we should before i leave. Expecting majority of my $2100 deposit. If not all of it. Normal tiny nails they will charge us. Do landlords expect you to just live w nothing on walls. Thats not a home for a year. Always paid rent and was a good tenant. Others problems are not mine. I'll keep you all updated when i get my deposit back. Good luck recommended lliving here. I can't afford it alone. If you can it's close to busses and other places."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a record and my husband a bad credit standing, this landlord rented to us which we really appreciated until about after a week of being here. Roaches started popping up and we are CLEAN people, the landlord had came over with her husband and put up bait. Which didn't help even in the slightest and then ignored me until we were were unable to pay our rent which then she responded and then had an exterminator come over here and do the same bait thing that didn't work! She told us the people below us in unit 16 had to move from their old apartment in these same apartments because their roach problem was so bad and she also claimed she told them they couldn't take anything with them when they moved, clearly it didn't help. When I explained to them that unless they exterminate the unit below there will continue to be a problem in our upstairs unit, she simply looked at me dumbfounded. I can admitt that we fell on hard times and ended up getting evicted because we couldn't pay the 1350 a month which BY THE WAY is ridiculous. Just a heads up there's no dishwasher, no washer and dryer, the floors haven't been done since god knows when, no carpet at all and there's mold. Please save yourself the trouble even if you have a bad record and bad credit there's gotta be somewhere else for you just keep looking but avoid these people at all costs.
