"Pros: - beautiful, walkable neighborhood - cool old arcitechture and features - reasonably priced - a lot of built-in storage Cons: - no front office and property manager has a day job, meaning you may not be able to get assistance right away - no washer/dryer in unit, and the communical washer/dryer in the basement is $4 a load - has a distinct 'old building' smell - very small apartments - no elevator - soundproofing is not great. sound travels pretty well. - no microwave - frequent plumbing issues, causing water to be shut off for the whole building during repairs"
"Best place I've ever lived I'm still living here. Amazing apartment manager and fast service when you need something to get done as far as maintenance goes. Very very friendly people. Definitely worth a look if you're looking for a new apartment where it's in a nice neighborhood you're not paying through the teeth."
