"Not recommended lack of security car breakings, drug use late at night by non residents, stolen cars. Late night trash dumping. Lack of security doesn't justify the risk or price to rent an apartment here."

"Do Not Recommend!!! My experience with Townfair and its management has been nothing short of a shame. I am relieved to leave, even though it came at a significant financial and emotional cost to terminate the contract early. The previous management was far more competent, but the current team is simply impossible to deal with. The lack of empathy and respect from the office employees is disheartening. Their management and service skills are severely lacking. We faced numerous troubles with noisy neighbors above us, and the breaking point was when they installed an AC unit that caused relentless pulsating vibrations day and night. Day and night, they never turned it off, even when left the apartment! Despite our pleas for help, they sent maintenance guy who conveniently "didn't hear it," ignoring our genuine concerns. Are you kidding me?? The conditions in the apartment were unbearable, causing headaches and dizziness for ANYONE who visited our apartment! The constant pressure led to panic attacks and heart problems for me, ultimately landing me in the emergency room! I’ve never experienced this in my life! And you know what, they still didn't care!!! I thought why they prioritized those people and their AC unit above our family, but then realized they just didn't care, like sociopaths! We asked kindly for a resolution or the possibility of moving to a top-floor apartment, and they demanded early termination fees. So, we would had to pay those fees and then sign a new long-term contract with them? No, it's unbelievable! We paid the termination fees but refused to give them any more of our hard-earned money and moved out! I'm not going to describe the apartments themselves, yes, they are old, moldy, and outdated. However, what truly matters is the abysmal treatment of residents, and in this regard, they have failed miserably. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against considering this apartment complex as your place of residence. Their lack of compassion, disregard for residents' well-being, and subpar management skills make it a regrettable choice. Update: They not only took away our security deposit, but also charged us with extra utility fees (though we paid everything!) and also charged us $1500 for carpet replacement!!! This carpet was already old when we moved in 5 years ago. Now they want to replace it with our money!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. One star only because I cannot put zero. If you are at all considering the property please read this review in full. See my attached photos of what the non-renovated units look like. Including mold growth on the single pane aluminum windows that accumulate everyone drop of moisture in the air on a cold winter night. So much so that you have to bleach the mold off daily and I am pretty sure they just painted right over the dirt and mold before we moved in. Do not sign a lease without seeing what the unit actually looks like. The beautiful photos online in no way represent what even the renovated units look like. The leasing office staff will be very pleasant up until after you sign the lease and pay. Extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and never in the office. We had a horrible time setting up our online accounts to pay rent because the office put my partners email in wrong and they refused to even attempt to fix it for over a week citing as a user error. We almost were late on rent once because they without notice stopped taking split payments (roomate payments), and again took a very long time to fix or explain the issue because they refused to listen to what our actually problem was. When we moved out they did not explain move out procedures at all and we had to call and email multiple times to clarify and get the details regarding how to pay final bills and turn in keys etc. On the last day of our lease we arrived at the posted open hours for the leasing office to turn in our keys and the office was closed and there was a handwritten note with a phone number to call for key return. This number went to the "maintenance supervisor", who took our keys and final utility check that I was told to write out. Now 3 weeks later that final utility amount is being deducted from out deposit refund and the office has no record of receiving payment. And guess what? The leasing office is closed again on a random Friday for absolutely no reason and we cannot speak to anyone in person about it and it took 6 hours for our voicemails to be responded to. They are almost never in office at stated hours and any email responses are less than a full sentence and unhelpful. At our one year lease renewal they offered a $118 rent increase too! DO NOT LIVE HERE."
