"We moved in September 2021. The previous property management company and the leasing manager were fantastic! Which is what sold us on our brand new apartment. When we moved in there were a few things that needed repaired but due to the pandemic items were on back order. No problem! Come November, property management changed and that’s when the problems started. The resident portal was changed from one that charged no service fee to one that charged $3 for every online payment. Ok whatever. Then came the negligent maintenance crew who loved to stop in front of my patio to have inappropriate conversations and smoke cigarettes. Another reason why we moved here was the smoke free community but of course those rules were only for tenants. Management said they would do something about it but never did. I had put in 3 separate maintenance requests to get our closet fixed, but it was never fixed. They would mark the request as resolved and would never follow up so I gave up. Then they had the great idea for key fobs and a call box after everyone’s garages and cars were getting broken into. What a waste of time and money. In the daylight you cannot see who you’re calling from the call box along with the doors never actually being locked. The parking is a nightmare. They charge over $50 for a single covered spot, which is high for the area. If you didn’t have a garage or covered parking you were forced to park on the street or try to find one out of the 10 open spaces, that were often taken up by non residents. Specifically the townhomes behind the apartments. The pool is filthy and cold. During The Weeknd’s the filters and heater are off resulting in all kinds of debris and the water being freezing. Overall, I loved my apartment and the area but was severely disappointed with the property management that raised the rent over $100 without any significant improvements and ignored major problems with the property, maintenance and tenants. Moving on to the apartments themselves, I found them to be spacious, well-designed, and thoughtfully laid out. My unit featured modern fixtures, updated appliances, and ample storage space. The open floor plan allowed for flexibility in arranging furniture and creating a comfortable living space. The large windows provided an abundance of natural light, adding to the overall inviting atmosphere. The management and maintenance team at Lakemont Ridge Apartments deserve special mention. They were responsive, professional, and always ready to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The property is well-maintained, and any issues were handled efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free living experience for residents. The community amenities at Lakemont Ridge Apartments are impressive. In addition to the playground, there are well-maintained common areas and landscaped grounds that are perfect for relaxation or socializing with neighbors. The pool area offers a refreshing retreat during the summer months. One aspect that could be improved is parking availability. While there is designated parking, it can sometimes be challenging to find a spot during peak hours. However, this minor inconvenience is overshadowed by the overall positive experience. Lakemont Ridge Apartments boasts a prime location next to the playground, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a safe and engaging environment for their children. The apartments themselves are well-appointed, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. With its pleasant atmosphere and excellent amenities, Lakemont Ridge Apartments provides a serene haven that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality living experience."

"Overall, my experience in this kid-friendly apartment complex was mostly positive. The attentive maintenance service, the well-maintained community, and the beautiful walking trail make it an ideal place for families. However, the unresolved issue with the entrance security code system leaves room for improvement. "The manager April and Kayla are amazing. They are very responsive and will give straight facts. The three bedroom apartment is spacious with a great view! The view is not to be beat with the rolling hills. There is some construction during the day but you can barely hear it. Maintenance manager Kevin is promt with repairs and communication. They have great move in specials! The apartments are good quality completed by Taylor Morris. Granite counters, sitting shower, dark cabinets, stainless steel appliances. The garage fits one car in and one car out - standard size. The north Bethany neighborhood is up and coming! It's a quiet city, mostly families, with a great athletics club up the street! It is within 30mins of any grocery, restaurant, or shopping you can think of. Close to Forest Park which has great hiking trails. Easy access to the highways to head into downtown or the coastline. The kitchen sink is small and you can hear the wind if it really kicks up on one side of the apartment. Other than that no complaints!"
