"I've lived here for over 5 years and come to find out there buildings are not built to code as someone already stated in other comments about the water I sure hope the city don't found out about them not being built to code its about the water always getting shut off in multiple buildings. Per building uniform plumbing code chapter 6 water supply and distribution section 606 valves. In multidwelling units one or more shutoff valves shall be provided in each dwelling unit so that the water supply to any plumbing fixtures in that unit can be shut of without stopping water supplies to fixtures in other dwelling units. These valves should be accessible to the units they control not multiple buildings so not being to code means they should be able to rent? And I've talked to multiple plumbing people they have hired to work here and they told me they are not built to code hey me again I heard you have 13 disabled fire alarms that are down how are you guys renting out still? Bet you keep your multiple trash cans out still and tell everyone too take there's in. Can't store stuff outside your door it's not a storage I was told but I see bikes being stored outside as well as other stuff my kid left a float by the door over night and we got a note on the door?"

"Don't move here if you want to live in peace. Have been dealing with nuisance neighbors for months and property management refuses to enforce the lease agreement. These people disturb everyone around them and trash the entire property and continuously get away with it due to enablement and management's refusal to engage with police. They put all of the responsibility on the residents even though we can only do so much."

"The townhouse I lived in was pretty nice, and the maintenance crew were the nicest guys ever. Every crew member I usually ended up chatting while they helped solved issues in our townhouse. The issue I had was with management. They were never very friendly, even when we went for the first time to sign up for the rental. When we were leaving the townhome, we signed our typical request to leave documents and dropped it off by the office. They never contacted me on the status of my leave, my concern being the extra fee that needs to be paid if we leave the rental without "proper" notice to leave. I emailed them and got no reply. And by this point I was worried they would try to charge us the fee for leaving the apartment without a notice. So I head to the office making sure they still had our documents, and I requested for a copy with their signature on it (the form has a spot for them to sign off on). The lady at front sounded shocked I would want proof that the document was received. I persisted in asking for it until she finally printed a copy, and signed off on it (they didn't seem to sign it when I handed it to them). And don't get me started on the water shutoffs that they had. They had to have water shutoffs it felt like every month, even multiple times a month. Sometimes we would drive home and there was a large amount of water in the driveway. Attached a photo of the amount of emails we got for water shutoff, and of course there were more times it actually shutoff that never got notified by email."

"No communication once you complete application, do not receive your deposit back like they say. They say give them a call but NOBODY ever picks up the phone."

"I am so glad that I am living in this apartment complex. Manager Daria was very helpful and polite when I was looking for apartment at the beginning . Maintenance guys are always there to help with everything."
