"Run. This place is infested with mold and the property management will think you are overreacting. My partner and I lived there for 8 months, and slowly we kept finding more and more mold. Then it was allll over our furniture and clothing. The mold surrounded the windows and the closet doors and the bathroom. This is not healthy, and you should not live here."
"We have been living at this place for the last two years and is a nice and safe community. The landlord lives on the property and takes really good care of the place. She is really looking to help people around and tries her best to work everything out. Nice pool for the summer, quiet and friendly neighbors. We are happy to say that we have had a great stay there and we left in good terms and conditions."
