Best Portland Rentals

"I’ve been meaning to write this for over a year, so they clearly left a good impression. I rented from them for 3 years and had nothing but a great experience. They’re extremely responsive, even sending someone over on a Saturday morning when I was out of town and my house sitter reported the smoke alarm was chirping. They even apologized, although it certainly wasn’t their fault. And when I went on vacation and forgot to leave the rent check, all I got was a friendly reminder; not even a late charge. Plus they didn’t nickel and dime me on the security deposit, so moving out was as pleasant as it could be. I would definitely rent from them again. I only moved because I bought a place."

When something broke, they were there the next day to fix it, always checking with us before entering our place. When our washer and dryer broke, they replaced them with very nice new models. They helped us out when we lost the key, and were reasonable about ending our lease earlier than we expected (we gave them a lot of notice - but still - they could have charged us!). Highly recommended. Would rent from them again."
