"1. The manager gave me an eviction notice simply because there was an error in the system and didn't even try to contact me. 2. Roof leaking, no response from management. 3. Package constantly getting stolen 4. All other craps I hear from neighbors, which makes me feel that I'm the lucky one. Not worth what they put up Consider living here when price goes down to 900"
"Do not move here, do not waste your money, time or wellbeing. - The management is neglectful, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with a manager, they will not return calls or emails (I experienced 3 managers while living there for a year). - The elevator access for disabled folks was inactive for 2 days (often occurring every-other month). I honestly don't know how they have not been in a law suit yet, I know a person with physical disability who was stuck on their floor for days while they neglected fixing the elevator. - Folks would be dealing drugs and shooting-up on premises. I did not always feel safe. Someone clearly under the influence tried to force themselves into the building, yelling, as I tried to close the door. - Multiple robberies took place in the entry area and nothing was done about it (my locked bike was stolen and packages were stolen regularly) - Key fob boxes would stop working about once a month and we could only enter through the fire escape for days. - During the summer the apartments reach over 100 degrees (on a 80 degree day) and even an AC unit, not provided, would not cool it due to the window size/exposure (I had a 14,000 BTU which should have cooled my 400sqft apt). Nothing was done to address this issue. - The trash receptacles were never sufficient size which is actually illegal (it would become completely trashed and unsanitary)"
