"I have dealt with rats,roaches,ants,mold.The mold was so bad that it got on my kids toys and clothes and furniture. Management didn’t want to do anything until I moved out. I wouldn’t recommend living here."

"Terrible maintenance. Electric is all messed up. I could turn off every circuit breaker in the apartment and still have electricity. My neighbor's hot water heater was connected to my breaker panel. So... I was paying their hot water bill."
