Waverly Gardens Apartments

"Do NOT move into this complex. Not only is the rent high, and the complex trashy, the charges from the property management company for utilities- water/sewer and garbage are always over $200/month. We have lived in this complex for 20+ years and have watched to change from a beautiful complex- to trash. We have had documented problems with severe mold for a number of years, that has yet to be remedied. Phone calls not returned, IF you can even leave a message. I'm sure the response to this review will be to call a number that is never answered. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX."

"Doesn’t even deserve a star. Do not move here. It looks nothing like advertised. I strongly regret moving here, and I just got here. The phones are never answered, not only that they turn off the voicemail box so you can’t even leave a message. Nothing is done the way it should be, the apartments aren’t cleaned, everything is falling apart. The manager is never here, the woman that is does absolutely nothing. There’s music being played extremely loudly at all hours of the day and night. I can’t wait to leave and I am strongly considering breaking the lease to get out."

"Good luck ever getting in contact with the leasing office. But they'll make sure to charge you late fees ( even if they never fix their maintenance tickets ) the split-second they can. It is not worth the minimum 10-15% rent increase every year to have neighbors and management like this."

"I lived here for only one year and it was the worst year ever. Not because management but because of the neighbors and neighborhood, although management changed 3 time in my one year living there. My downstairs neighbors were the worst #155. 4 parked cars taking up most the parking in front of our apartment it was a race everyday for decent parking spot, letting their kids run around and my upstairs apartment every night from 10pm-3 am every night for most of the one year I lived there but management won’t do anything about it unless you get police reports, I lived right next to the playground and even with management closing the park that didn’t stop kids from playing there until midnight screaming and running around with no parents, families having bbq until midnight not having any respect for any of their neighbors, literally felt liking the housing projects, cops pulling in and out of the complex every day people coming and doing drugs all they way in the back of the complex, tweakers walking up and down the parking lots looking for stuff and only one dumpster sight for the entire complex. I would consider other options before thinking about raising a family in at this complex"
