"My power kept going out, and Sam Perez (from maintenance) went above and beyond to fix it. A couple of months ago, my apartment got flooded, and Sam worked really hard to get my place in order. The management here is amazing, so much so that I've been here for 3 years. Thank you for the excellent service!!!"
"The big snow storm we just had. There was two to three feet of snow that blocked the entrance of my apartment and I couldn't take my small dog outside to go potty. So I tried to use the back patio that had less snow I was literally using a spatula to move the snow. As I was Trying to move the snow and ice I fell down I was stuck outside an the ground for a while finally I got into the house, and then I did a video appointment with a doctor. I couldn't call an ambulance because I was snowed in. Just earlier I called the emergency line and told them that legaly they are responsible to clear the snow away.. in they told me some one would help me soon and hung up, no one came. There was no empathy for me or my problem. I even asked them for a shovel to do it myself. They could of given me some salt. They finally cleared the snow away on tuesday."
"I live here for 10 years and it's very nice place clean secure nice neighborhood friendly and my manager so nice and also the maintenance they helped us so well they come so quickly. and also it's so quiet the apartment is so clean inside and outside."
"Best place to live. Wonderful, happy, nice manager. :) VERY CLEAN 102% of the year. Maintenance guys ALWAYS available and fast. Happy around here is free with added pool, sauna, hot tub, weights and rec. room. Never had neighbors with "issues" that concerned me in ANY WAY. No crime, police, bums, and NEVER a over flowing garbage area. Beautiful center yard with well cared for lawn, shrubery and surounding areas. Car ports in front of doors and full size garages that are just as clean! Can't say enough good things. Not 1 single problem has a risen ever. :)"
