"I live here since 2017. Their laundry don't work, I am forced to do my laundry in other public laundry. Multiple cars broken overnight, no action taken by the apartment, the don't want to install security cameras."

"I have lived here for 12.5 years. I wouldn't have stayed this long if this home was not a good place. Remember you get what you put in to the home. If you're a slacker and don’t care about the community and the people, it’s not going to care about you. This Management team of Elaine & Randy work well together, if you keep communication open with them your home will be enjoyable. The apartments are well kept (again if you the resident helps keep then kept up too). This is a great place to live. Never had trouble with neighbors, water, electric or getting what need to be fixed addressed. It’s a 99-unit community and while the management team is busy they will attend to your needs within a reasonable time. It’s quiet within the home and getting to know your neighbors will go a long way to keeping it quiet and clean, it’s also about Respect. Parking is fine as long as you don’t have 2+ cars. Yes, you might have to park a second car on the street if you get home late, but that’s the way it goes unless you want the property to look like a parking lot at the mall. if so this may not be the dump your looking for.. Over all I like this place or I would not have been here this long. The Gym is big enough for personal use, you’ll not be doing Pilates or a spin class, if that’s what you want then Pay a fee and go join a gym. This one here is Free.. Yes FREE and it’s close to your home. The hot tub is hot and available. The staff here is to help you, they are not here to wait on your every whim. Reading the other reviews here, suck it up and realize the world does not revolve around you sunshine, You’ll get out, what you put in. This place is a wonderful apartment home. Has been for 12.5 years.."

"Have lived here since 2013. Manager Elaine has been really nice and helpful. Maintenance guy Randy has always been very attentive. Thankful that they keep a close eye on activities around the apartments. Nice location and quiet place. ❤"

"The apartments themselves are pretty cool. The on-site gym is mediocre but is functional. I've lived here in the past (no issues). My boyfriend and I have been a guest here recently, and in my opinion the manager and maintenance guy BOTH need a hobby. They harassed my boyfriend and myself for being parked in guest parking while we were waiting for a friend who lives here to get home from work. They have placed tow stickers on our truck while we've simply been visiting, watching the game on the weekend. Now when we visit, since we are not allowed to park in guest parking (????) we park street side, and walk all the way into the complex, which wouldn't be such a big deal if I weren't 8 months pregnant. I have to wonder if they treat all guests the same. Either way, it's not welcoming..."
