"Called her on August 19th asking about why our policy increased tremendously without any changes to our driving record, accidents, or tickets. She said she would call back that evening… never did. Following week I called again, left a voicemail and still have not received a call back. I called again today and got the voicemail AGAIN…. so I had to call the 1800 number and no one can look into our account to get it lowered but our agent. So here we sit, with no call back and going to start shopping around for a different insurance policy. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but three weeks waiting for a call back is a bit much and poor customer service."
