"I booked with hopper and when I got there at 11pm to check in he wouldn’t let me since I wasn’t 21. No where on hopper did it say you had to be 21 to check in. So didn’t even get to check in just handed my Id. They have took almost two weeks to get a response for a refund. Then they only authorized half of my money back which isn’t okay I could understand if I was like I don’t wanna stay here anymore and got checked in but not even checking in or anything because of my age and not giving my money back isn’t right. I want a full refund once I get that i’ll take my review down. Also had to sleep outside in the car since all hotels were fully booked so had to wait to get an airbnb til 11am."

"It's an inexpensive flop house. I killed a couple of roaches. The floor wasn't particularly a fly clean. But the bed was comfortable, sheets clean. The TV worked. The shower was hot, however the water regulator needed maintenance we had to use pliers to adjust cold and hot. The lights all worked. One mirror was broken off at the corner. So it's cheap and doable if you just need a dry place to get out of the cold wintry weather, which we were grateful for being able to do. Oh, dirty towels had to be turned in to get clean ones."

"Place is a dump. The sheets showed signs of bed bugs. No numbers on our rooms. Hvac unit was torn apart (but worked) doors look like the came off a ship as they had the locking systems to be water tight. Best advice stay some place else....."

"Now, who does that? The manager has a key that works for your door to get into your room, but they give you one that does not. Then they asked to borrow yours and say they'll be back with it, and they never return. That's unheard of. A motel where you have to be let into your room every time you come back. In my opinion, without refunding my money for the stay. I probably won't even think about staying at this place again. That was ridiculous, and the parking was terrible. Too big parking lot, but it's all filled up with homeless. Looking. Beat down vehicles and people Sitting inside them. Didn't you know not bashing on the homeless? I'm not sitting in a high-rise myself. But still, it's a business with a parking lot. Meant for customers, and when a customer has to park way out. By the dumpster step over a bunch of trash It's just kind of an undesirable situation. Thanks"
