"I have practiced weightlifting at gyms and at home since about 1998, including at several Anytime Fitness facilities. This club is successfully managed in my opinion. For a small space, a surprising amount of well-maintained equipment is available. The after-work hour or two can be very busy on Monday through Thursday. The staff are friendly. The cleaning is consistent. The building itself is a little old and sometimes a little musty, but the management actively mitigates the issues with proper dehumidification and ventilation. The membership fees are reasonable."

"Nice small gym in st Helen’s. One of the only fitness centers here in town besides a cross fit place down the road. They have a decent selection of equipment, and plenty of free weights. Never really gets too busy, especially later in the day. Worth it if you live in town and don’t want to commute to scappoose for a gym."

"Great gym for the small amount of room they have. Extremely rare for it to be crowded, almost never have to wait for a machine. Equipment maintained well. Everyone is pleasant. Just wish they had a couple other weight machines, otherwise I'm very happy with the place."

"I like how quiet it is here and how well working the equipment is compared to my old gym. My only issue is that the machines don't look like they get an actual nice cleaning besides being sprayed down by the last one using the machine."

"LOVE this gym! You can do your own thing or you can get help! Top of the line equipment (at least for saint helens) It is very friendly too. It has made a huge difference in my life to go there whenever I want to. Also very reasonably priced. Heck what else can you do for around a buck a day?"
