"I read the reviews about long waits and have to say it was not bad. I did show up an hour before opening and EVERYONE i encountered in the office was so incredibly pleasant and friendly i couldn't believe it. Yes, the entire exam, x-ray etc. took to 2 hours but not bad given todays shortness of wonderfully trained hero's that are there to help us, never forget that and bring a book. "-)"

"Wait time was a little long, but that's the only downside. The staff were kind and helpful, it's very clean and up to date. Dr Anchell was professional, concise, and worked with me on my treatment plan and what my next steps are. Highly recommend"

"Got in right away, everyone was friendly and helpful my only complaint is it took over an hour for the xray tech to come in since it was a weekend and I was in alot of discomfort waiting. But overall I would use them again just hope I don't have to. :)"

"Never ever again. I went in to be seen for a torn meniscus in my knee . My calf had developed pain and swelling as well as on my knee & above it. I literally can bear no weight on my right leg . Lisa Sabatka was the most incompetent, rude, and down right horrible person I’ve ever come in contact with in the healthcare field. Crazy to say , considering I work as a nurse in the float pool , and have worked in over 40 different departments. She didn’t even exam or look at the swelling . She didn’t compare my legs . She didn’t check for a pulse in my foot. What she did do was talk over me the whole 30 seconds (one minute tops) that she was in my exam room. She said “I don’t care about your knee; sounds like you have a blood clot & you need to go to the ER”.. I had to zone out since she was just talking over me .. than I tell her “well I am a single Mom and I have to pick my Son up from kindergarten so it will have to be after that” she replies with an even worse tone and says “So you have no one who can pick him up for you?” She says this twice . I was like “nope- pretty sure I just said I am a single mother & I HAVE TO GET MY SON FROM SCHOOL” . She left the room and that was that. Telling me I have a blood clot and refusing to X-ray my knee with a side of making me feel even worse about my home life situation. This woman should not be in healthcare . This makes me sick. Literally working at OHSU & knowing how we treat people & then seeing this. I couldn’t not write about it . I will also be contacting the state. How dare you Lisa Sabatka?? You should never ever have anyone under your care. Horrible experience with a horrible person. I will never ever return nor recommend this clinic to anyone ."

"I came here after a nasty drill press injury on two fingers. There was a big gash on one finger, and the other had a decent sized chunk of flesh barely attached. Was bleeding significantly, but I slowed it down with some gauze. I walked in, and they had me being attended to in less than 5 minutes. The medical assistant was great, he cleaned me up, gave me a tetanus shot, and really helped reassure me. The doctor came in a few mins later, she was also very awesome. She injected a local anesthetic (ouch), irrigated the wound, and stitched it up beautifully. I'll walk away from this with nothing but two scars. No nerve, bone, or muscle damage. Overall I'm very thankful for the awesome performance of the staff here. They helped me fast despite a computer/server outage and did a great job."
