"I was happy with Renton Pediatrics Renton location for a long time but I am no longer happy and I will be finding my kids a new doctor. That says a lot because I am not one to make my kids “start over” when it comes to meeting a new doctor and going to a new doctors office. Change can be hard on all of us. No one seems happy at the clinic anymore. Since Dr. Wiseman retired the clinic has gone down hill even more. It’s quite unfortunate."

"Dr. Wiseman was a great doctor but she has retired, and I'm sure the other providers there are great. I am just having the hardest time with getting someone to answer the phones, I've been on hold for up to an hour or the phones would just ring and go through the promps again and again. Their billing is horrible. I've called many times and they have told me that I did not have to pay a bill that was misbilled on their part and later got a statement in the mail. I've left many messages and did not have anyone call me back in regards to the bill. I tried calling today to make an appointment for my son and they say I will have to pay my bill from 2021 in order for him to be seen, when they had already told me that I didn't have to pay for this bill, and never returning my call. I was told I could rebill this visit myself. I was going to go ahead and pay the bill so my son can be seen but I really don't think I should have to since it was their error. Such horrible service now, I know they say they are low on staff but I also work in healthcare and we are low in staff and we do not ever treat our patients this way. I just don't know how I can go back to this office."

"We only used them because of Molina insurance but I've file a report with them that this practice needs to be removed from their list.. they have TERRIBLE service.. NOT ONLY is it sooo difficult to get through to them on the phone but they GAVE WRONG SHOT TO MY BABY!!! AND PROVIDED NO NOTES AS TO WHY THEY PREMATURELY INJECTED HER WITH A SHOT THAT SHE DID NOT NEED. I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE I CHANGED BACK TO KAISER.. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!"

"Shocking treatment by front desk I have been going through this office for 29 years, for myself as a child and all 3 of my own children. Their phones were not taking call for over 24hours, making calling in to reschedule impossible. Finally getting through an hour before my appointment, the lady was incredibly insistent I was being marked as a no show. Even after explaining I had been trying to call for days. She refused to reschedule without marking as a no show and then hung up on me!! I had been on hold for ages already. When I called back, the lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and immediately told me I would not be marked and she rescheduled me no problem. Thank you to her! They need to rethink who they hire, I have never once had an issue or been hung up on!"
