My Place Hotel-Portland East, OR

"“WE WILL NOTT ACCOMMODATE YOU AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE (now)” -Chelsea My Place Front Desk Within the first 8 seconds I was there i was there it was great, but >:09 exerting suddenly went to hell in a basket while I waited for like an hour to check in, charge my cell phone, but a snack to eat YOU NSME IT ( my apologies-autocorrect). So would probably be required to tell the truths due to my religious beliefs, imagination and autism/PTSD/bipolar/schizophrenia that ~1/3 of the staff in interacted was even compassionate and sensitive to my disability. The rest should probably undergo retaining and educated in some manner about mental fitness. I’m sorry I ever heard of any Z place and would like to give them a -1-star rating receive a refund for the distress their lobby and staff caused me A.H. like Helen Keller’s tutor to me and Chelsea could very likely not have been any worse there was she talked to me in other people’s hearing. To sum up: 14 stars in the first first 9s, -1/5 for the rest of the time until I was told REPEATEDLY to leave until a sweet puppy came in and approached me until I was on all fours and almost licked my face. I wish I could get a refund x2 so I could got get an actual nice hotel where the staff is kind and loving. I know of s place on the corner of stark and another street and Burgerville. PS: when will the money be back in my account? I’m so sorry I ever even thought about staying here to save a lousy Buck when I spent 200% of that just eating two string cheeses they refused to give a 50% on/off and I still can’t find my Trimet honored citizen pass from when I used to live here in Portland. PPS: can anyone help me urgently to find a different place than “My Place” to stay at for one more (Saturday) night? Otherwise I’m homeless in Portland for another day and a night to NOT see my two daughters I flew from Boise to NOT SEE all for making a unfortunate choice in hotels…please help me if you know how at all i^2"

"As someone who stays in hotels about 50 times a year and travels a lot, I'm so glad I happened across this place. Clean rooms, friendly check-in gal. Coffee in the lobby a mini kitchen in the room. The best part for me is that it was a hassle free check-in as I travel with a medical alert service dog. The lady at the front clearly knew her company policy and ADA laws. As someone with physical disabilities that counts on the quick action of my SD and her potential life-saving alerts. I want to sincerely thank the staff at My place for being ADA educated."

"Amazing on site staff! The room was clean and the kitchenette nice, simple but effective. The staff is the star of the hotel though. Helpful through every interaction especially in a crazy time. Very pet friendly without an excessively expensive fee ($15). Easy location. Recommend"

"Super sweet staff, comfortable with a good view and kitchenette, great price. Rooms are well sound proofed! There’s a little shop area with lots of different microwavable meals that make eating easy. There’s also pans/utensils and travel sized necessities. Good location, right by several places to eat and by the highway for easy access but not close enough to be bothered by the traffic. Would recommend and would stay here again!"

"This would’ve been a five star review if the hotel had returned my money. I would have happily used this hotel in my travels but now I don’t feel like they have any honesty I booked a 6 night stay for myself and a 3 night stay for my parents. The stay itself was awesome. The place was clean, amenities were good, staff on site were helpful, location was excellent. The problem came when I booked the 3 night stay and moving my parents from a bad hotel to this hotel. I had issues with booking on my phone and accidentally booked for the next weekend. I immediately called and talked in person but the hotel refused to move the date I booked and then refused to refund the money. I attempted one more time in person and got the same line “the person who can help you isn’t here” I waited until after my trip and tried again. I have received no emails back and was once again refused the refund. Edit: I have reached out yet again after seeing this response and have still received no reply and no refund. I was not offered anything in the form of compensation to cover the nearly $400 they happily took from me."
