"This is quieter frankly one of the worst experiences renting a hotel in what I can remember. This is the usual trapt out hotels but the maid service is extremely rude front desk over the top worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The owner a real peach. I will never even if this was the last hotel ever stay at the mall 205 Motel 6 ever again. Oh and the ADA rooms are not even ADA compatible."

"Disappointing Experience and Lack of Amenities. I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent 2 week stay . Despite having chosen your establishment with high expectations, my experience fell far below what I had anticipated. Firstly, one of the major issues that hindered my enjoyment throughout the duration of my stay was the persistent television signal problem. For a total of six days, I was unable to receive any signal on my TV, while on the remaining days, the signal continuously fluctuated, resulting in minimal viewing time. Regrettably, I could not watch even a single full show during my entire stay. Considering the amount of time spent indoors, this was a significant inconvenience that greatly affected my overall satisfaction. Additionally, it was disheartening that the motel did not have a backup generator during a power outage caused by snow and wind. This lack of preparation resulted in several hours without electricity or heat, leaving me feeling quite uncomfortable. As a guest, I expect the basic amenities to be available even during unforeseen circumstances, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I was extremely disappointed with the customer laundry room. Upon attempting to use the laundry facilities, I discovered that they only accept payments through an app, leaving no option for using coins. Unfortunately, my device was not compatible with the required app, which meant I was unable to do my laundry. It was frustrating to encounter this issue without any alternative solution offered by the motel. I believe it is essential for establishments to provide accessible and user-friendly options for all guests, regardless of their device compatibility. Furthermore, I was surprised to discover an additional charge of $20 on my bill for staining a couple of towels. While I understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness, I have never previously encountered such a charge for accidentally staining a hotel towel.This unexpected charge left me feeling taken back as it deviates from the usual industry standard. Lastly, on only one occasion during my entire stay was there fresh coffee available. As a coffee enthusiast, having access to a fresh cup in the morning greatly contributes to my overall satisfaction with a hotel. Unfortunately, this was severely lacking during my stay , and it was disappointing not to start my day with a warm, fresh brew. I would like to emphasize that my purpose in sharing these concerns is not to criticize or discourage but to offer constructive feedback. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can significantly enhance the overall guest experience at your establishment. I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to rectify these matters and ensure they do not recure. As an avid traveler, I understand the importance of maintaining a positive reputation and satisfying guests. By addressing these concerns promptly, you will not only retain current customers but also establish a reputation for exceptional customer service. I sincerely hope that you will take immediate action to resolve these issues and improve the overall guest experience. I look forward to a positive resolution and witnessing noticeable improvements in the future. The Positive during my stay.. "I have never stayed at this site, but I want to thank the housekeeper whom called the police and children's services in regards to the 5 severely abusive children in the motel room. These children are a live today because of you. You deserve a big raise for helping them."

"DO NOT stay here if you are looking for a safe pet friendly place or a family friendly place. We do not recommend this place. 1. We stayed here because we had two small dogs and they don’t charge a pet fee. It’s the worst place we ever stayed with our dogs. In 2 short days, my dogs were attacked by two unleashed pit bulls of other guests in the parking lot and hallway (our dogs were leashed). We filed a report with animal control. On top of that, we saw several owners walked their dogs unleashed. One unleashed dog charged at another dog aggressively. We asked the staff to tell the guests to leash their dogs because unleashed dogs are against their motel policy. The staff didn’t do anything or enforce their rules. 2. Full of questionable behaviors and people. This place is not for families or travelers who want a safe place to relax. All hours of the night there were people yelling and cussing in the hallways. When we walked our dogs in the parking lot, we saw groups of people gather in the corners and gave us unkind stares."
