"You do have to pay extra for parking here (~$10). The rooms were decently clean, although I did find a bowl in the middle of the stack in the kitchen that was full of old almonds. Not sure what was going on there."

"Had no issues on our July 2023 stay at the Home2Suites. Just needed a night before flying out the next morning, and this suited our needs perfectly. Room was fine, pool was fine and because we had a very early flight, we asked if we could get some breakfast snacks to take to our room. The lady at the front desk gave us a few breakfast sandwiches to heat up in our room the next morning, very nice! The only downside, and surprise to me, was having to pay for parking."

"No onsight parking or valet contrary to hotel description. Room was wired so the lights had to remain on if you eanted to use the plugs and charging stations at the night stands...so don't use power or sleep with the lights on. Power turned off multiple times per night. Insufficient elevators so it took over 20 minutes to catch an elevator on Sunday morning up or down. Fire alarm set off in error at 7am. Breakfast Nugget closed over 30minutes early because they ran out of food. Horrible experience at a hotel that opened only 2 days before we arrived."

"The staff was great. Breakfast was great. But the room was not cleaned well prior to us arriving. There was long strands of hair on the shower walls and a hair tie hanging inside there. Then my baby daughter found a cap to a Gatorade bottle by the nightstand and put it in her mouth. Ewww. They offered to move us to another room but at that point we had already moved our stuff in. So I just asked for cleaning spray and a rag which they provided and cleaned the shower myself. Not what I would expect cleanliness wise from this chain."

"Staff here was excellent. Room was clean and functional. Nice to have 3 beds and kitchen amenities. Breakfast was decent. Location is great. Free shuttle to and from airport with friendly drivers. This place is a win-win-win, as Michael Scott would say."
