"They will try to get you to pay extra for parking, but you can take your parking slip to the front desk and have them validate it. The night clerk was rather unhelpful, not willing to be of any assistance. It was exasperating. He told us we would have to pay for parking on top of the price of our room. He lied. If we had taken his word for it, we would have had to pay an additional $50 over the cost of the room in just coming and going. When he made our key cards, he didn't do it right, and we were in the back of the hotel, and it was a long walk to the front desk... we had to get the cards reprogrammed 4 TIMES. The next day, the guy at the front desk replaced the batteries in the lock, but it still didn't work. We spent 2 nights here, and that was really frustrating. The room was clean. It is not very conveniently located either. They make it sound like it's right by the airport, it is not! Don't be deceived. I told the night clerk that I always give an honest Google review and referenced the hidden parking fees, he wasn't fazed by it and didn't say that the parking could be validated by the front desk, and didn't offer to do that... I guess he thought he was doing a good job. Oh, and each time we had to validate parking, we had to walk all the way to the front desk front from the next to the last room in the back. I felt like all I was doing was walking back and forth the whole time I was there... and I have a bad knee. Obviously, not a happy camper Because of the night clerk with the bad attitude, the additional charges for the parking, and the problems with the key card, we don't feel like we can recommend this place."

"I stopped here on my way to the airport. I was here for maybe 7 hours. Room was in good shape. TV remote was missing a button but it didn't stop it from working. The hotel is right next to Air Park which had the cheapest parking I could find. All in all it worked out well."

"It's about what you'd expect for a hotel in this price range, room quality-wise. It was really clean and comfortable. They also scheduled a shuttle for us at 6am to the airport. Be sure to let them know if you need one, im not sure if they have a regular shuttle schedule. Left the car parked there long-term. Front desk told us the long term parking is up to 2 weeks."

"When there are weather issues people's true colors appear and the staff of the Red Lion were incredible. They were also effected by the ice and road conditions but took the best care of each guest. If anyone posts differently, it's that guests mindset not the staffs. Even though they are mid remodel on many rooms and the restaurant is currently closed. They had a stocked snack area and did the best they could. We were very grateful for the care we received."

"Decided to stay here before an early flight. The best thing I can say is that the room was cleaned and there is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport. When you park or get dropped off, you must get a ticket and don't forget to get it validated at the front desk. They do not proactively tell you to do this. I happened to read the other reviews to know. When we checked in, there was no one there for 10 minutes. There is no elevator to the second floor. This was fine for me, but I can see it being a challenge for others to get their luggage up stairs. Rooms are very dated and not maintained. The phone was completely trashed and non functional. Wouldn't have been a problem except the front desk was supposed to call to confirm the shuttle in the morning. The lock on the door was busted. Drawer for the dresser wouldn't stay closed and would slide out for you to hit as you walked by. The gutter outside our window was also broken, so all we heard through the night was dripping. If you're looking for the most affordable, this will be good. If you're looking for anything beyond that, I would go elsewhere."
