"The room is good. The views of the Columbia River were nice but I didn’t get a river view room. I’d request one next time. I didn’t give a 5-star rating because there was no shuttles to the airport. Also, a complimentary breakfast would be nice."

"This one's a little tough to write. Will I stay there again? Not sure. I spent three days at the hotel last week. Service was great; Colleen did an awesome job. Room was clean, no issues there. Pool and gym area are nice. The views from the large back patio and the fire pits along the river are great. The big problems this hotel has are location, parking and noise. The hotel, along with two other Marriott's, are located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac lined with apartments/condo's. It's a very narrow street that has cars parked curbside on both sides. This make it VERY difficult to move when cars going opposite directions meet with one-another. traffic back-ups are very common and should be expected. The parking garage is terrible. The spaces are tiny. If you have a mid-size sedan, truck or SUV, good luck finding a spot. Not counting the insanely high prices in the restaurant lounge, there are only two places to eat that you can walk to. If you leave for dinner and then come back and have that larger sized car, you will not find parking that you're paying 10 dollars a day for. You'll need to park across the street as I had to for two of the three night I was there. Most of the rooms face either the street or the river. Mine was street side. The first two nights at 4:15am, garbage trucks came and picked up the dumpsters waking me and I'm assuming, other people. They were loud. I mentioned it to Colleen, who did offer to move me to another room but as I had already ruffled the turned sheets, I stayed. Third night, no garbage trucks. I think what surprised me the most is the fact they have no complimentary morning coffee for their guests in the lobby area. This is THE ONLY Marriott I've seen this at. Even Motel 6 or Super 8 Motels offer coffee. The reason, according to one of the front desk people, is because they serve Starbucks behind the bar in the morning (at 4 bucks a cup for plain coffee) and have a non-compete meaning the hotel can't provide complimentary coffee as it would compete with Starbucks. I believe they would do their guests a lot of good by getting rid of Starbucks."

"My brief stay here was great! Staff are awesome, room & view of river were lovely. Location is great for a bussiness stay, lots of food nearby and places to shop. Cooper went above and beyond to help me with missing items after my stay. He was friendly, prompt, and effective. Thank you Cooper!"

"Staff were friendly. Food area/drinks was limited. we had to go out of our way 3 times to change our room card since it wouldn’t open. The morning of check out, housekeeping kept trying to come in at around 9/10am. They tried to walk in 3 times using their key card. Didn’t feel comfortable after all of that. pricing was okay but not justified spending $200, location was great though."
